MAKING STRATEGIC DECISIONS
Module Two:
Definition of a stretegic decision. Decision making model. Examples cover and include determing economic strategy, land acquisition strategy and national political strategy.

1:15 PM - 4:30 PM LEARNING FROM HISTORY
Module Three:
Learning from History. Using history to guide and influence today's strategic decisions. Discussion of tribal histories and lessons that can be extracted.
7:00 PM Dinner
Although each is on their own for dinner, you are invited to join Chief Smith, Moderator Dr. Rhodes and fellow participants in the Hilton's Cas Chaco and/or Cantina. We will notify you of the restaurant selection during the afternoon session.

Module Four:
Share some examples of how we have tabled and framed decisions.
Participants will frame an important decision of their own and then discuss each with the workshop group.
